ACL PREVENTION
ACL injuries account for over 15% of injuries in high school athletes. This camp will focus on teaching and training athletes how to strengthen those muscles around the knee in hopes to reduce the risk of ACL tears in athletes.
Dates: July 12 - July 15 (Mon, Tue, Thur)

UPPER SCHOOL MATH PREP CAMP (morning session)
Are you worried about math in the Upper School? Don’t be! Come join a freshman math teacher and get an early start! We’ll talk about organization, study skills, play some games, and even review a few topics to help you get ahead before school even starts! You will even get a 3 month subscription to the Aleks math program to improve skills from middle school.
Dates: July 19 - July 22
Times: 9:00-12:00
Location: Room 104 in Upper School
Grades: Rising 9th
